CO105: Understand different types of Intellectual Property Rights and study national and international IP framework CO106: Apply the Copyright, Patent, Industrial designs and the concern Law and Policies in the field of Jewellery. CO107: Gain comprehension of the patent application process for various types of patents, alongside grasping the concept of prosecution and subsequent actions post-filing, including addressing relevant issues. CO108:Understand the fundamental concepts of trademark, associated offenses and penalties. CO109: Explore industrial designs, geographical indications, protection of new plant varieties, and trade secrets, while also examining the role of international organizations and treaties in IPR protection .
