Unit I: 
Internship Training

In the end of IV Semester, students will undergo internship training of 40 days in a Jewellery  designing Industry/ manufacturing unit/ Jewellery export unit etc. so that they get to understand the existing working practices, conditions and acquire an in depth technical know how. The student shall prepare a report on the visit made by the organization. She will submit the report and will be required to make the presentation of the work followed by viva-voce. The students will be required to get the certificate regarding successful training.

Evaluation: Panel of examiners consisting of Head of the department, and two other

examiners appointed by the Principal shall conduct a viva-voce and evaluate the

reports. The students will be given marks out of 100, which will be converted to

credits as per the programme.
