         Guest Lecture on Jewellery Enameling Techniques

A guest Lecture was organized by the Jewellery Designing Department on “Jewellery Enameling Techniques” on 12th Jan, 2018.  Ms Anushka Sarawagi (Head Designer of  Naveen Jewellers, Jaipur )delivered her lecture on Jewellery Enameling Techniques to provide students with the education and experience necessary for a professional career in Jewellery designing.

In the beginning session she introduced the students with various enamelling techniques like Basse Taille, Camaieu, Champleve, Cloisonne, Plique-a-jour etc. She also demonstrated some techniques using nail paint, acrylic colours and enamel colours.

The purpose of this lecture was to make aware students   about different theoretical and practical  techniques of enamelling which  can be used to enhance the beauty of jewellery products as well as helpful to generate employment. She answered different queries after the lecture. This was an informative experience for the students of Jewellery Designing.
