Fashion Show - A Report

Department of Fashion& Textile Technology had organised its Annual Fashion Show ‘CREATIONS-2013’ on 23rd January, 2013 at B.M. Brila Auditorium. Students are offered a platform for exposure, enabling new emerging models & designers to showcase their talent & gain exposure. In order to boost up their confidence, prizes were given in the following category:

  • Best Collection- won by Timeless Beauty (Designers- Priyanka Rathore & Rashi Godhara)
  • Avant Grade Collection- won by Ecoutere (Designers- Ayushi & Group)
  • Special Jury Award- won by Essensual ( Designers- Prachi Dubey, Anshita Chadda & Kiran Jajani)

Chief guest for the event was Ms. Vijay Laxmi Bishnoi, Chairperson, Rajasthan Social Welfare Board and Guest of Honour was Mr. Hagdish Chandra, Head, Hindi & Uru Channels ETV. Judges were Mr. Rohit Kamra, renouned Fashion Designer & Ms. Rachana Singh, Textile Designer. Thirteen rounds were showcased which were created & presented by the students of Fashion & Textile Technology Department. The rounds were:
