The IIS University, B.Sc-Jewellery Design and Technology UG  course  which enables students to expertise in creative  field. The department of Jewellery designing organized a Jewellery Exhibition on 28th March 2019 to 29th March 2019  in Srijan hall at The IIS University, which was open for all teachers and students.

 

Jewellery Exhibition organized at IIS University

 

28th March 2019: Jaipur: The department of Jewellery designing of IIS (Deemed to be University) organized a 2 days Jewellery Exhibition ,which was open for all teachers and students. On the occasions, Mr. Ajay Kala, Sarah Jewels, Mr. Sanjay Kala, President, Jewellers Association and Ms. Shobhna Jain, Jaipur Jadau were the chief guests on the occasion.

 

Dr.NeeruJain,Head,DepartmentofJewellerydesigning,supportedalotandguidedthestudentsinplanningandorganizingtheexhibition.

During the exhibition, the students got the opportunity to display the beautiful pieces like necklace, bracelet, earrings etc made by them under the guidence of Dr. Neeru jain.

 

The students showed their creativity and unique designs by usingscrap material such as jute, fabric, leather, tiles, gotta, paper, wood, plastic scraps  according to their interest and they also create beautiful jewellery through jewellery beading art with use of precious and semi precious stones jewellery made by beading art. The attractive jewellery items were appreciated by one and all.

 

Student Rupal Pathak, raised social problems of Dowry, female feticide, girl child education, pollution etc through her jewellery designs which was applauded by the audience.

Dr. Raakhi Gupta, Registrar inaugurated and encouraged all the students who participated enthusiastically in the Jewellery Exhibition.

 

Exhibition provided a platform to students to display their creativity and to show their unique creations to the fraternity.
